The user, having read the information given above regarding the use of the Vintage Exchange Service, herewith acknowledges that:

a. the announcement

L’utente, letta l’informativa di cui sopra, relativa all’utilizzo del servizio Vintage Exchange dichiara che:

a. prende atto che l’annuncio è immesso in via del tutto autonoma e se ne assume l’assoluta ed esclusiva responsabilità;
b. prende atto che Il Bisonte agisce esclusivamente in qualità di fornitore degli spazi virtuali (“hosting provider”) e che, pertanto, Il Bisonte non è tenuto ad alcun obbligo di sorveglianza, non svolge alcun ruolo di intermediazione o di controllo sulle eventuali transazioni che si svolgono tra gli utenti a seguito dell’utilizzo del Vintage Exchange ;
c. prende atto che Il Bisonte non può garantire il buon esito delle trattative (a cui Il Bisonte rimane del tutto estraneo) e/o dei pagamenti;
d. prende atto che Il Bisonte non offre alcuna garanzia circa il contenuto dell’annuncio (in particolare in merito alla completezza, liceità, veridicità e/o affidabilità delle informazioni contenute nello stesso o alla capacità degli utenti del Vintage Exchange di vendere, acquistare e fare offerte; nonché in merito alla qualità, sicurezza, liceità degli eventuali beni messi in vendita);
e. prende atto che Il Bisonte declina ogni responsabilità con riferimento alle eventuali transazioni che si svolgono tra gli utenti a seguito dell’utilizzo del Vintage Exchange ;
f. accetta di utilizzare il Vintage Exchange esclusivamente per scopi leciti e consentiti dalle disposizioni di legge vigenti, dagli usi e consuetudini, dalle regole di diligenza e senza ledere qualsivoglia diritto di terzi.
g. accetta di tenere indenne Il Bisonte da ogni pregiudizio, perdita, danno, responsabilità, costo, onere, spese (ivi incluse le spese legali) derivanti dalla pubblicazione e diffusione dell’annuncio o comunque dall’utilizzo del Vintage Exchange .
h. accetta, ferma restando la propria esclusiva responsabilità per il contenuto dell’annuncio, che Il Bisonte possa, salvo ogni altro rimedio previsto dalla legge, a propria insindacabile discrezione e senza necessità di preavviso, rimuovere l’annuncio e/o sospendere la pubblicazione, qualora Il Bisonte riceva una contestazione, rivendicazione, pretesa e/o domanda di qualsiasi tipo da parte di terzi in relazione all’annuncio e/o ritenga, a proprio insindacabile giudizio, che l’annuncio possa essere causa di danni a sé o a terzi.

e. Il Bisonte disclaims any liability with reference to any transactions that shall take place between users through the Vintage Exchange Service;
f. the User agrees to use the Vintage Exchange Service exclusively for lawful purposes and permitted by applicable laws, accepted practices, rules of due diligence and without infringing any third-party rights.
g. the User agrees to hold Il Bisonte harmless from any prejudice, loss, damage, liability, costs, charges, expenses (including legal fees) arising from the publication and dissemination of the announcement or otherwise from the use of the Vintage Exchange Service.
h. the User accepts, without prejudice to its exclusive responsibility for the content of the announcement, that Il Bisonte may, without prejudice to any other remedy provided for by the law, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove the announcement and / or suspend publication, if Il Bisonte receives a claim, demand and / or request of any kind from third parties in relation to the announcement and / or deems, in its sole discretion, that the announcement may cause damage to itself or to third parties.
