The new colors and materials are inspired by the joyful and relaxed lifestyle of the Mediterranean islands, which lend their names to the new creations. The iconic vegetable-tanned cowhide is tinged with deep Rosemary green, delicate mint pastel, lively gazpacho red, and vibrantly bold “blueberry”; a new jacquard fabric depicts a series of stylized bison designing neverending waves; a soft water-repellant suede creates soft and deconstructed shapes.
Made of vegetable tanned leather shaped on special wooden forms, the successful Ciprea capsule collection is enriched with new styles: a new limited and numbered series is hand-decorated using a watercolor technique: delicate black accents on natural leather softly outline poppies and peonies—symbols of serenity, simplicity, luck and love. Each image is different, making each product truly unique.
Simple yet sophisticated, the classic Il Bisonte mini bags and shoulder bags have been reworked with new details and finishes such as metal accessories, weaves and fringes.
For men, minimal design and sporty-luxe appeal are offered up with a twist of urban, modern flavor. New styles come in light, resistant cotton canvas with leather trim, sturdy shoulder straps and logoed handles.
For the first time Il Bisonte presents an entire shoe collection called “Easy-Breezy” for both men and women. It’s inspired by breeziness and a leisurely, colorful, contemporary lifestyle. The line includes two styles of sneakers with vegetable-tanned cowhide laces, two slip-ons, and a braided leather sandal in true indie style.
