Last Friday, September 29, in the courtyard of Estense Castle, during the Internazionale festival in Ferrara, Giacomo Salizzoni, founder of Orti Dipinti in Florence, exchanged ideas with Stefano Boeri. Il Bisonte was there not only as a sponsor, but as an attentive listener sharing common values.
To describe the Internazionale magazine festival, you can name the places where it’s been hosted, every first weekend of October for three days a year, for the past sixteen years, in Ferrara. From the solemn library named after the poet Ariosto to the city’s Arci social club.
The venues where the Internazionale a Ferrara Festival is held reflect its diversity. Not only journalists are there, but also writers, actors and activists. And not just chronicling news from around the world but also debates on local culture. A mixture of novelties. Which makes it a landmark event.
IL BISONTE IN FERRARA FOR ORTI DIPINTI
Il Bisonte is a Florentine brand renowned for its high-quality craftsmanship. It promotes three aspects of sustainability. Social, as in generational passing down. Market, operating outside of seasonal logic. Environmental, as demonstrated by its support for Orti Dipinti for over a year now. Orti Dipinti was at the Internazionale festival. Talking about sustainability. Focusing on one of the thirty words from the 2023 edition: Green. Together with an exceptional guest: Stefano Boeri, green starchitect. Last Friday. In the courtyard of Estense castle.
THANKS TO THE INTERNAZIONALE FESTIVAL!
The Orti Dipinti garden may reside in Florence, in Borgo Pinti, but it was evoked through founder Giacomo Salizzoni’s voice in Ferrara. And you can read about it in the No. 0 issue of Il Bisonte Magazine. Which participated in the Internazionale festival, though not just with its logo and a grant. Il Bisonte was present in Ferrara like any other visitor, sensitive and proactive towards the values it shares with the festival. Tangible values for Orti Dipinti. Values propagated also here in the Journal. In the end, there was no better event for Il Bisonte to participate in.
Thank you to the Internazionale a Ferrara sustainable journalism festival!
