On April 8, on the occasion of Milan Design Week, IL BISONTE will introduce its new Home & Office Collection at its store on Via Santo Spirito 14. With this collection, the Florentine brand, which specializes in high-quality artisanal leatherwork, brings its unmistakable style into homes and offices.
The undisputed star of the collection is vegetable-tanned leather, an iconic material used by IL BISONTE since 1970.
Among the most anticipated new items are: an elegant modernist-inspired cubic pouf, entirely crafted from vintage leather; a Casentino wool blanket with leather trim – a reissue of an original design by the brand’s founder, Wanny Di Filippo, now paired with a matching set of cushions; and a reversible placemat made of raffia and striped cotton canvas, trimmed with leather.

In my studio, preserving and honoring traditional craftsmanship and its most authentic techniques – without conforming to mainstream market demands – is essential. IL BISONTE has built its success on these very values and consistently interprets them with sensitivity, serving as a true source of inspiration.”
The collaboration will continue overseas with the presentation of a special edition, IL BISONTE Home by FEFOSTUDIO, which will take place during New York Design Week in May 2025.
